Life is not easy as it seems. Our daily life is full of responsibilities to get tasks and then try to get them done in particular time frame. All these responsibilities and mad of rush make your daily life unsound and might unhappy. Find the priority
First set your priority and consider what’s important to you and why. What should you really do? With whom you want to spend time , what you want to achieve with your work? You can make a chart for every day’s task and job. In the end of the day you must find it easier and properly done.
Keep commitment
Try to stick to any commitment. Don’t try to make any commitment that cannot be done properly. Most of the person creates problems by showing eagerness to do everything, But it is usual that we certainly can’t enjoy it if we’re trying to do everything. So be thoughtful and committed.
Getting leisure
All works and no leisure make people life miserable. So having some rest between your appointments or tasks, must let you to give more strength and pleasure to do more.
Try to avoid hurry
Enjoy every things like eating, brushing, cooking whatever you do. Giving proper attention rather than thinking about other unnecessary things. Try to live in the moment. Just don’t make any hurry. Even while eating just do it slowly. It is usual that we eat every day but it needs special attention every time. Another good example is to drive slowly. A routine task but need utmost attention every time.
Find some real leisure
Try to enjoy some time only by yourself. Just, no task, no TV, no play and no gossip. Find some place that is serene and quiet and contemplate only on you nothing else. Sometimes, it’s good to forget about doing things, and do nothing.
Enjoy the present
Live in the present. Never waste your time by thinking about distant and uncertain future. Enjoy the present task. So pay your attention at present instead of illusion or daydream, carefully observe what is going on around you, breathing smoothly and try to do meditation.
